This Privacy Policy explains how Lexicon Real Estate Management, LLC d/b/a Maple Leaf Apartments (“Maple Leaf Apartments,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website, online forms (including rental applications, maintenance and showing requests, Tenant Web Access), and our text messaging services (the “Services”). This Policy applies to residents, applicants, prospective residents, and visitors in Will County, Illinois.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and other permitted recipients as described below.

- Contact Information: Mobile phone number, name, email, postal address, unit number (if applicable).
- Submission & Account Data: Information you submit through applications, maintenance requests, showing requests, Tenant Web Access, reservations, or other forms.
- Communications Content: Messages you send to us and our responses.
- Technical/Usage Data: Basic interaction metadata (e.g., time/date of messages, delivery status).
- Optional Information: Any additional details you choose to provide to help us serve you.
We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers. If in the future any biometric information were contemplated, we would comply with Illinois law (including BIPA) and provide separate notice and consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Provide the Services, including sending/receiving texts and account, property, or community updates.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and resident services.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Service Providers/Vendors: SMS gateways, property management platforms, maintenance contractors, IT/hosting, payment and accounting providers—solely to perform services for us under confidentiality and security obligations.

- Legal & Safety: To comply with law, subpoena, court order, or lawful law-enforcement request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of residents, our community, or the public; to enforce leases and community rules.

We do not permit third parties to use your information for their own independent marketing without your consent.

Venue lies in the state courts of Will County, Illinois (and, where federal jurisdiction exists, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois).
