Garden Apartments

Experience the luxury of our garden apartments, each designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the convenience of central heat and air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer connection, and a private patio or balcony. These apartments also feature the largest floor plans available, including our current openings for one-bedroom, one-bathroom and three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts.

Midrise Apartments

Find an affordable home in our mid-rise apartments, where you only pay for electricity. We’ll take care of the rest, including cooking gas, heat, and trash removal. Each building also provides convenient access to four on-site laundry rooms. Currently, we have a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom floor plan available.

The office everytime has the door open if you need something and I want to mention the cleaning lady Cassandra.She goes far and beyond to do the best she can, Excellent worker. Honestly, was a bit iffy on living here at first considering the area and all that has been said about University Park itself. However after taking the risk; I can state that I am well pleased. The area in which the apartment is located makes the residents feel very safe, the office and those that work in the office are always lending their helping hands, and the members of community are very nice and respectful. However; the majority of this pleasure stems from the fact that everything needed (food, transportation, and convince stores) are easily accessible. Great job Maple Leaf!
